What can I return?
Any AURA Pro product in its original or reasonable condition within 30 days of delivery. Items do not need to be unused — if it doesn't work for you, we'll take it back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is defective or damaged, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
My product arrived damaged — what now?
Contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
How long until I receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the amount.
